My husband was repairing barbed wire fence the other day, and came home with a small puncture wound on his wrist. It didn't seem too bad at first, I just put some Helichrysum on it, like any other fresh wound.
But a little while later, he came back looking really sick and favoring his entire arm. It was REALLY sore, all the way up his arm to his shoulder. He had to lay down and was in a lot of pain. I got more serious, and gave him a capsule of 7 drops of the Thieves oil blend, and put Lavender, Thieves and Frankincense on his arm, all the way up his shoulder. He could hardly bear me even touching his arm.
Then I took a piece of cotton ball, put it on a band aid, and put 2 drops of Thieves, 2 drops Frankincense, and 2 drops of Lavender on it, then on the wound which wasn't very big. We figured it was chicken manure that started all this, as the fence was by the sewer from a huge chicken barn.
Needless to say, the oils saved us a lot of anxiety and a trip to emergency, and possibly antibiotics. He got another round of the oils capsule and two more band aids, and was fully recovered in two days.
I am amazed at what the oils can do every day, and feel they are provided by God. My family is learning to go for the oils for what they need, and I couldn't imagine not having them. We LOVE the oils!
