I just wish I had started this quest many years ago, when my dear friend told me about them. When my husband was in his last days, a friend volunteered to do the Raindrop Technique on him and work on his feet. This was such a blessing as he was able to relax, sleep better and I believe he was able to deal with what was happening in a more peaceful way.

For some reason, he wanted to smell Orange oil constantly. She gave us many bottles of oils and we used them all. Still, I just sniffed the oils she gave me from time to time, I even signed up as a distributor, but did not have any real idea how much of a blessing essential oils could be.

Then my friend taught a workshop for me at the Trust Birth Conference, where my daughter was completely transformed into a student of Young Living Essential Oils. Now she is teaching me....and I hope to teach others.

I am finding that Fennel and Peppermint oils help my digestion tremendously and the Sacred Mountain oil blend enhances my feeling of security and happiness. Idaho Blue Spruce oil actually helps me feel more productive and optimistic.

I am experimenting with oils based on the essential oils reference book but am also finding that just intuitively, I feel drawn to some oils more on one day than the day before.
