My son Eli, getting ready to turn 3, was born with a swallowing problem and has to have all liquids thickened to keep them from going into his lungs. This was one of my main focuses with essential oils, to see if I could possibly find something to help him. He had nothing physically wrong to cause this problem and doctors just kept saying he would grow out of it.
Every swallow test we went to, no improvement, he actually was getting worse at one point and if he had to go any thicker would have to be tube fed. He has had some help through a therapy he did but it was very expensive, time consuming and hard on him.

Shortly after signing up with Young Living I took Eli for a Zyto scan just to see if it could possibly give us any answers. It recommended Cistus. I also felt lead to use Frankincense. Both oils are mentioned in the Bible and Cistus said it could help with regeneration of cells.
I put both of these oils on faithfully every night to his feet, front of his neck, and back of his neck. It has now been 3 months with his only regimen being the oils. Today was our swallow test and he had a completely normal swallow test!! I know in my heart the oils had a huge part in helping us reach this milestone finally!
