Hip dysplasia and spinal stenosis combined to make it extremely hard for my 60 pound dog to stand on her own and negotiate any stairs. She needed help with stairs and often to stand.
She was on pain meds, and not a candidate for any surgery. I started a routine of applying 3-4 drops of the Valor oil blend, Copaiba, and also Peppermint topically. A few drops of Copaiba was also added to each meal.
After about 2 weeks, she was able to stand on her own, without barking for help. Another few days and she was able to get up the stairs on her own.
I believe the anti-inflammatory properties of the oils helped her greatly!
I was so happy for her!
