For several years my hands and arms have been shaking. It had gotten so bad that I could not write checks or letters but could only print, and even that was almost not readable. My hands would just jerk uncontrollably.

I had enjoyed the use of high quality essential oils for about 6 months. Since Cedarwood is good for ADD I thought I would just try it for a while.

I started rubbing 2 drops on the bottom of each foot both morning and evenings.

After a month I noticed that my shaking was not as bad. I continued using the Cedarwood and have regained control of my arms and hands. I can once again write quite nicely.
