Buyer beware.
I have had increased cholesterol in the last nine months. Every three months I would go for a lab test, it would be higher. However after researching information about cholesterol levels I have revised my thinking about higher readings. It definitely has been a smoking gun the last two decades in the media.
Not only is cholesterol not likely to destroy your health ( as you have been led to believe) but it is also not the cause of heart disease. The body does need cholesterol. It helps to produce cell membranes, hormones, Vit D and bile acids that help digest fats. Surprisingly, your liver makes about 75% of your cholesterol.
The total cholesterol count is just about worthless in determining your risk for heart disease.
I started taking Omegagize, 2 capsules in the morning before I eat and 2 capsules after dinner daily and drank 2 ounces of NingXia Red juice daily. I kept my healthy diet (everything steamed and grilled; once in a while something fried, no beef, lots of vegetables and fruits and walking at least 20 minutes every day.
I went back for a blood test checking my cholesterol and it went from 211 total cholesterol three months ago to now 171 total cholesterol. I would definitely not want go any lower than this reading. (LDL three months ago was 138;102 now; what a difference!).
Thank you God for bringing Young Living Essential Oils into our lives! If anyone would like to see faster results with Omegagize, they could take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules at night based on the instructions listed on the bottle.
