Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

In the past I had bloating in my abdomen before my monthly cycle, along with cramping and other female symptoms.

These days I rub 1-2 drops of pure Rose oil on my abdomen. I do this starting 10 days before and up to my menstrual cycle. I also apply the Rose oil in a circular motion over my heart, breath it in, and also apply a drop or two to my ankles. With this new regimen I have no more bloating. Even during the month for other symptoms (depression, melancholy, etc.)

Some people may think it is too costly, as Rose oil can be quite expensive. But believe me, it is worth more than gold to be symptom free! Give it a try!
