If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
One day there were hives over 90% of my 14 year old son's body and face, possibly due to a food allergy. Depomedrol was given at Urgent Care then the physician visit for prednisone the next morning.
We were having to give him Benadryl, 25mg orally every 3 hours round the clock. The hives would lessen but not completely go away. He was very sedated by these meds.
We tried Frankincense 6-8 drops under tongue, held as long as he could before swallowing. He repeated in 15 minutes. The hives would disappear for about 3 hours.
He repeated when the hives came back each time, then the severity of hives lessened and length of time between episodes lengthened. Then we stopped all prescription meds as the Frankincense was working so much better!
On Day 5 he only had 1 episode of hives and hasn't had since then. No cause was ever identified - he's never had hives or allergies before. He missed 3 days of school as he was so miserable. Several detox baths were done with Lavender oil but only gave about 10 minutes of relief.
I won't be without Frankincense again! He disliked the taste initially but said it "kinda tasted good" toward the end and was using it all on his own - LOL!
