I got a cold right before a weekend, a very busy weekend! I inhaled and put Peppermint on my sinuses and under my nose.
If my ears were plugged, I put Peppermint around the outside of them. I also put Thieves all around on my neck and chest and diffused it.
I can't believe I was able to attend my son's football game on Friday night, volunteer at a school craft fair and then a band festival on Saturday!
I'm usually bed ridden with a cold...not with these oils! I also didn't get the after cough and congestion was minimal!
These oils are amazing!
