Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have suffered with migraines since I was 14. I am old now so it's been a long time. I have tried every over the counter and prescription med you can imagine. I have been using these oils for two months and haven't touched my regular meds since I started diffusing the oils.

My migraine oil recipe is this:

* Lavender - rub 2 drops all over the outside of ears, inhale from palms for a few seconds and diffuse some (in a quiet dark room, if you can)

* Valor oil blend - rub 2-4 drops all around forehead and shoulders and all over neck

* Frankincense - rub 2 drops on the very top of head and on temples

* Peppermint - rub 2-4 drops all over forehead, also apply on temples. Inhale 5 times DEEPLY! Always use Peppermint last because it's a driver oil. It drives the first oils in faster.

Repeat as needed! Usually it takes one more time and I'm already much better, depending on the severity of the migraine. Sometimes if it's a severe one, I still have the pressure, but the pain is gone in all instances in my case! Hope this helps someone!

I also use this same recipe for bad sinus headaches as well. I just rub the Valor, Frankincense and Peppermint over my sinuses as well. It will make your eyes water though.
