I have experienced chronic pain in my neck and shoulders for over 6 years now and at times it has been excruciating.
Over the last couple of months I have been using a combination of oils that have helped decrease my pain immensely. First I take a few drops of the PanAway oil blend mixed with some coconut oil and applied it on my shoulders and neck.
After a few minutes I then take the Valor Roll-on and roll it at the base of my neck and the bottom of my spine. Next, I apply a few drops of Peppermint with some coconut oil and rub it all over my shoulders.
These simple steps have allowed me to go through the day with less and less pain!
