Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My outdoor allergies have been something I have struggled with since I was a teen. Once I became a mother, my sons wanted to be outdoors and played outdoor sports. I would take medicine before I went anywhere to keep me from being miserable. But I still could not go anywhere without Visine or Kleenex or Vicks Vaporub.

Once I discovered Young Living I began taking the essential oils in a vegetable capsule. Because I had outdoor allergies and did not know what it was from, I decided to try the essential oils that come from trees and a few more. I used 1 drop of Cedarwood, Idaho Balsam Fir, Lavender, Thieves, Copaiba, and Idaho Blue Spruce in a capsule.

I took it for about two weeks everyday during the spring, when I am worse. I do not have to do that anymore.

I am grateful my allergies are no longer a problem. I can go outside to play and do outdoor sports. It is like being set free from a cage. Sometimes you have to find the mix that works for you, but give this one a try!
