Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Rosemary and Tea Tree oil did the trick for me! As soon as I noticed symptoms of a yeast infection, I began searching for oils to treat it.

I read suggestions to make an oil mix to insert with a syringe. I did not like this idea, because of my experience with messy over the counter treatments.

Instead, I put one drop of Rosemary on my finger tips and rubbed on the inside of my vagina and on my cervix. This immediately eliminated the itching. I repeated this again on day two. I am very impatient so I did the same thing with Tea Tree.

So between the Rosemary and Tea Tree treatment, my infection was completely cleared. Using the oils neat, expect to have a burning/cool feeling. Kind of like icy hot. It did not bother me and it seemed more cool than hot and faded quickly.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: candida — "As proven in vitro, essential oils [Eucalyptus, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Thyme, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Clove, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Sage] represent a cheap and effective antiseptic topical treatment option even for antibiotic-resistant strains [such] as MRSA and antimycotic [antifungal]-resistant Candida species."Link
2.Associated topics: itching-(Pruritus) — "[T]ea tree oil seems to be a more effective anti-eczematic agent than zinc oxide and clobetasone butyrate...."Link
3.Associated topics: candida — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
4.Associated topics: candida — "It is suggested that the in vivo effect of tea tree oil ointment in the therapy of fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes as well as in the treatment of dandruff, a mild form of seborrheic dermatitis, may be at least partly due to an antifungal activity of tea tree oil."Link
