Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband has suffered from migraines his whole life. My mother-in-law has told me terrible stories about him as a four-year-old with migraines. We have cut out foods that trigger his migraines, specifically yellow cheeses or cheese flavored anything and coffee. The only thing that has been helping with his migraines is Vicodin.

This morning, he came out complaining of sun spots, the precursor for his migraines. Having recently gotten my Everyday Essentials kit, I prayed about it and decided on 1 drop of Lavender and 2 drops of Lemon activated in my palms and then rubbed on the forehead, temples and around the underside of the jaw.

In addition, I use a bit of extra virgin coconut oil with two drops of the PanAway oil blend to the neck. Within minutes his sun spots were gone and it didn't proceed into a full blown migraine. It wasn't even a regular headache. No pain meds, nothing but oils.

When he came home from work tonight he was again complaining of sun spots. Out came the Lavender, Lemon and PanAway. Within 30 seconds, his body relaxed and his sun spots were gone again.

These oils turned my "go to the doctor, pop a Tylenol" husband into a true believer!
