Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had a very important charity sporting clays event to attend; only problem was I had not fired a shotgun in over 15 years! The weekend before the event, I went to the range to practice and get comfortable with the "kick" of the gun. Things went very well until the last 2 shots, when I became over confident and allowed the gun to rest at my armpit rather then at my shoulder.

The bruise began to appear before we even had the car packed up. By that night my arm was stiff to move and the bruise which was black in color, had spread to almost my elbow.

I only had 5 days before the charity event; for a bruise that severe it would normally take at least 2 weeks, so I needed to find something that was going to work - FAST! I remembered Helichrysum was a good oil to use for blood issues. A bruise is clotted blood so I decided to give it a try.

I rubbed some over the bruises before I went to bed and woke up to a large purple bruise and rubbed some more before I went to work.

When I got home and took off my blouse to rub on more oil, I was shocked to see the purple had faded to a pale brown, in less then 24 hours! By the time the event took place, I was totally recovered from the bruising and was able to put over 100 rounds through the shotgun with absolutely no muscle pain or stiffness.
