Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I have been using Idaho Blue Spruce over the past couple of months and defiantly noticed a pick up in my libido. I am post menopause. I had heard, and verified, that 2 drops is enough and 3 to 4 is too much!
In addition, I researched and came across one woman mentioning testosterone levels rising for men in a short space of time using Idaho Blue Spruce, and also how it is beneficial for woman post menopause. You can see for yourself in various YouTube videos.
What I have found very exciting is her mentioning about nerve damage in neck and other areas, in that it gets into the nerves that come off the spinal column, helping with nerve regeneration.
So I began to include Idaho Blue Spruce in my daily regime for my spine. I use a couple of drops of Valor and Idaho Blue Spruce on the top and base of spine daily followed by White Angelica. The difference in my neck over the past 3 weeks has been quite remarkable. It feels loose and any tension drops away rather than, what I would say accumulating, and having to go to the chiropractor being the only way out of the situation.
The Idaho Blue Spruce oil has been nothing short of a miracle in more ways than one.
