Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have had Restless Leg Syndrome for years and my neurologist prescribed medications for Parkinson's. They didn't work very well as I had to take them at the exact time every night. If I took them too early or too late before bedtime they actually kept me awake. I also felt very groggy in the morning.

My office manager told me that she had problems sleeping, that she would "twitch" all night but found relief in using the Peace & Calming oil blend that her sister told her about. I wasn't too sure, but was willing to try anything! I had been sleeping in the spare bedroom for months because I was disrupting my husband's sleep.

I was told to put one drop on the bottom of each foot at bedtime. I tried it and found it really works well when I put the drop behind each knee as the twitching seems to come from my calves. I haven't slept this well in years! I am anxious to try more of the other products because I also suffer from cluster migraine headaches.

Thanks for some much sought after relief with no side effects!
