I do a good bit of sewing and crafting. It's almost unavoidable to sit with poor posture while I'm working on a project. Many times I end up with a severe tension headache that starts with my neck and shoulders and can eventually make me nauseous. I also get sinus headaches from time to time.

I purchased the M-Grain oil blend in the spring of 2013 and I am amazed! I haven't touched an over-the-counter pain reliever since then! I apply just a few drops directly to the area that is hurting and massage it in. I also cup my nose with my hands and breathe in the oil left on my fingers.

The sooner I apply it after the onset of symptoms the sooner it seems to work. Generally within just a few minutes it starts feeling like someone is lifting the pressure off of my shoulders.

I now keep this wonderful blend in my purse so it's always with me.
