I have suffered from stomach migraines for years. They would always last about 3 days when they came and I was completely out of commission. Valium would help take a bit of the edge off, but the pain was still a 9 out of 10.
Although abdominal migraines are in the migraine family, the pain occurs in the belly. Usually, it's near the navel or midline. They frequently occur as a reaction to a migraine trigger. They can cause severe stomach pain, nausea, abdominal cramping, and often vomiting.
I decided to try the PanAway oil blend on my last stomach migraine to experiment. I put about 5 drops into a teaspoon of oil (you can make it more or less strong), and rubbed it all over my stomach. I then took a hot wet towel and put it over my stomach (to drive the oils in). Finally, I put saran wrap on it and a heating pad on top of that to keep it all nice and warm and really absorbing.
Within 2 hours my pain was down to a 5, and I redid this before bed and by the morning I was as good as new!
I can't even explain how amazing that is, if you are reading this then you will definitely appreciate that kind of pain relief!
