Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I sat down on an old swing, but the cloth had a tear in it. The material ripped, and I fell through, hitting the metal bars against my thoracic spine (middle of my back) and my lumbar spine (lower part of my back). The impact of metal bars hitting against my back caused excruciating pain. I would say that my pain level was an eight out of ten.
It was the weekend so there weren't any chiropractors available. Then we got snow and ice, so even on Monday I did not want to travel because the roads were in bad shape.
I decided to try my Young Living Valor essential oil blend. I had my daughter apply it from right below the base of my skull down to the top of my hips. Then I applied it to the bottom of my feet along the reflex points shown in my essential oils reference book.
After a very short time, I noticed that my pain had decreased significantly. Before bed I had the oil reapplied to all the same points. As soon as the roads were passable, I went to see my chiropractor for a chiropractic alignment. I had extremely tight muscles, and I did not apply the oil that day because I was going to the chiropractor and did not think that I needed to apply some pain relief before I went.
I was very curious to see if applying the Valor would allow my extremely tight muscles to relax enough to make a difference in the ease of my chiropractic alignment, so two days later I went back for another chiropractic alignment after having applied the Valor to the previously mentioned areas before I went.
This chiropractic visit my alignment happened much more easily. I believe this is due to my muscles relaxing so much due to the application of the Young Living Valor essential oil.
