Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I received this testimonial from a friend and want to share, as it really works during pregnancy!

Restless Legs may stem from an imbalance of the brain chemical dopamine. That neurotransmitter normally helps keep muscle movements smooth and even.

RLS in pregnancy may also be triggered by a lack of enough folic acid or iron. There's also some evidence that rising estrogen levels during pregnancy may contribute to RLS.

In the evening before bed, take 1 tablespoon of JuvaPower in some almond, rice, or soy milk (or just water).

Follow this by 1/2 teaspoon of Alkalime in water.

Then apply 2 to 3 drops of each of the following oils:

* Valerian
* Roman Chamomile
* Lavender

This is applied into the brain stem area at the back of your neck and on to the shoulders. Rub in circular motions up the neck to the base of the skull and down onto the shoulders.

On really bad nights I also rolled some of the Deep Relief oil blend on my legs and feet.

Combined treatments above ensured I had well needed sleep throughout my pregnancy!
