Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I have two baby girls under two years old. After having great success with using oils on my girls, my husband, and myself for medical and pain problems, I decided to try to branch out and start making my life healthier with the oils.
I get tired quite often, partly due to the baby not sleeping through the night, partly due to the fact that the naps never hit at the same time for both girls, and partly because I have a tendency to spread myself really thin.
Recently I have tried to cut back on some of the coffee and replace it with Peppermint mixed into some honey. I take just a teaspoon, and it works great!
My midday crash is no more! I have the energy to keep up with the little ones.
