My son and I recently moved to a small community and he's had a rough time learning to sleep in his own bed by himself at the age of 4. I put a few drops of Young Livings Chamomile Roman in a small bottle of Almond Oil and rub his feet, legs, chest, arms and face with it every night after bath time. Since doing this he sleeps soundly throughout the night and is no longer waking me up. We're both sleeping better and enjoy our waking hours more! What a blessing this has been for us!
