When I was first new to essential oils, it was because I was having a lot of fatigue and health problems, and I was tired of not finding solutions. Praise God for Young Living!

One of the issues that I have dealt with for years has been insomnia. Last year I went through an extremely stressful period of my life where I was only getting about 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night. (I found Rosemary to be extremely helpful for my fatigue, but that is another story.) I felt awful ALL OF THE TIME!

I tried a combination of everything in my Everyday Oils kit, and I found that nothing really helped me relax or sleep. I was wound tighter than a bungee cord stretched 20 feet. I was getting massages twice a month for the back pain that I was having, and even that did not help with my insomnia.

After looking on Oil-Testimonials.com for a while, I decided to try out RutaVaLa and order it.... BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!

I found at first that I was getting the same amount of sleep per night, but the difference was that I actually felt RESTED. I have no idea how I would have made it through this season of my life without this essential oil. After a while of using RutaVaLa, I started getting 5 to 6 hours of sleep each night. And after a while longer, I was actually getting 8 hours of sleep a night!

Lavender literally did nothing for me, so I was so happy to have found this blend! I find that the combination of oils in the RutaVaLa blend is what makes it so effective. At first I hated the smell, but it has definitely grown on me. Now it is one of my favorite oils.

Just put a drop or two in your hand and apply it at your pressure points (temples, forehead, base of the neck, and feet if you wish). With the remaining oil, rub your hands together and inhale it for about two minutes. Stop worrying and go to bed because IT WORKS!

You need this oil blend if you or anyone you know struggles with insomnia, because it is a lifesaver!
