I have struggled with hormonal issues relating to my menstrual cycle since my teenage years. Mostly mood swings, PMS and I have uncomfortable periods.

I decided to try Clary Sage. I have applied one drop to each of my big toes every night before bed for two months. I have noticed several benefits.

Perhaps the best change I have noticed is that my moods are much more stable. What a relief! And this has helped throughout my cycle.

My skin has improved. I don't get nearly as much hormonal acne (I'm in my late 20's).

My periods have gotten much more manageable and are significantly lighter. I don't even need my supplies for "heavy days" anymore!

I don't have as much cramping or fatigue either. If I do have any of those symptoms, a drop of Clary Sage internally (I prefer to have it in 4 ounces of water) helps within a few minutes.

I am extremely pleased with my results!
