Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My daughter came down with what we figured was her second bout of mononucleosis in January. She had been sick most of the fall semester but had tested negative the first time.
After months of chronic illness and fatigue, I called my holistic friend who recommended essential oils. We started my daughter on Mineral Essence drops at the recommendation of another friend. The taste is horrible, and I found that, even though she hated it, she took it because she said it actually made her feel better than anything else we had given her -- and we had done a LOT from western to eastern medicine.
She went to school for just half days for 9 weeks and was coming up on the time for return to full days, school cheer tryouts, and a big cheer competition within one week. We were concerned she would end up in the hospital.
I told my friend, and she offered to come over that very night and do a modified Raindrop Technique on her. She didn't have all the oils; but she used what she had, and she added the ImmuPower oil blend. My daughter loved the massage and was able to perform the next day better than expected.
Ten days later, we were reflecting on the stressful week and realized that she had not only made it through competition, the entire school week, cheer clinic and tryouts but had not had a nap the entire week! She had previously napped an average of 4 hours in the afternoon. From that moment on, I was converted to the Raindrop Technique.
She lagged behind in the Mineral Essence due to the taste, and we finally realized that we could easily put it in capsules. We should have done that the entire time because I do believe her body is lacking in minerals!
My teenage girls love the oils and now have their own travel kits for school. We have all learned so much in a short time and are thankful for a more holistic approach to treating our bodies.
