I started using a combination of Lavender and Lemon mixed with coconut oil in the morning as part of a new skin regimen. The scent livens my mood and gets me ready for the day.

In the evening I add a few drops of Frankincense to my fingertips and pad it around my face at least an hour before bed. It also helps me sleep fantastically.

I've been doing this for about a week now. Last night a friend interrupted me and asked what I was doing with my skin. Why was it glowing so much? What was I doing?!

When I examined my own skin, I noticed changes but thought they were too subtle for others to see. I was totally wrong!

As with anything, keep a good routine with the oils and be patient to see changes, as nothing is an overnight success.
