Before I started with Young Living Essential Oils this year, I was seriously depressed. I was actually contemplating ending my life, thinking that my family would be better off without me.

My wife was an avid blog reader, and on one of her favorite sites she learned about Young Living. She suggested I read up on these "oils" to see if they could better our life in any way. She knew I was suffering from depression but had no clue how bad it was.

I bought the starter kit, and I really enjoyed using the oils around the house. The Lemon oil smelled so clean, and the Purification oil blend helped to remove the smell of "muddy dog" on our Labradors.

I placed my second order and decided to see if I could find an essential oil that would help my depression. Starting with "A", I bought the oil blend Abundance. A week later my new essential oil came in and I put it on the shelf with my other oils to use when I needed it.

That very night I woke up so depressed that I could hardly see the hope in anything. As if it were just waiting for the proper time for an introduction, the bottle of Abundance entered into my mind, and I decided to give it a try. I diluted 1-2 drops with olive oil and applied to the soles of my feet.

Wow! It took just a couple of minutes, and I was lifted out of depression to the point that I was laughing at how silly my terrible mood had been over nothing. I felt so amazing that I was able to go back to bed and sleep the entire night through for the first time in ages.

I also woke up the next day singing and in an AMAZING mood. I could feel hope, and I could see a future for myself again.

That was a day that changed my life emotionally, and I want to help you change your life too. No one should have to suffer with depression.

Try the oils and get your life back!

This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link

7.Associated topics: mood-swings,depression-/-sadness-/-hopelessness-/-sorrow — "Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."Link
8.Associated topics: depression-/-sadness-/-hopelessness-/-sorrow — "The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."Link
