Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have suffered for years with bladder infections because of other ongoing problems with allergies to food, which in turn gives me loose stools and then inevitably, cystitis. I would wait 1 to 2 days to see if the problem would clear up by itself because sometimes it would just be brought on by stress and then go away once my body has calmed down.

During this last bout of cystitis, I decided after the initial 2 days of burning downstairs, to try the Thieves essential oil blend. I rubbed a couple of drops, neat on my bladder area and also another drop each on my kidneys at the back.

When I got up the next day, the burning had completely stopped. By day 2 the pain in my bladder had stopped, and by day 3 all pain had subsided. I kept doing the Thieves application for another day (just to be sure) and have not looked back since!

I cannot believe that something so simple and so natural has eradicated in just 3 days this problem that I have suffered with for years! Normally I would be drinking Ural sachets 2 to 3 times a day, taking antibiotics and waiting for 48 hours to pass to get some relief.

I am so very thankful that God placed someone into my life that has introduced these wonderful oils into my life. Join the discovery journey and become a healthier you.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: antibiotic — "As proven in vitro, essential oils [Eucalyptus, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Thyme, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Clove, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Sage] represent a cheap and effective antiseptic topical treatment option even for antibiotic-resistant strains [such] as MRSA and antimycotic [antifungal]-resistant Candida species."Link
2.Associated topics: urinary-tract-infection-(UTI) — "14 plant essential oils -- anise (Pimpinella anisum), bay leaves (Laurus nobilis), cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), hop (Humulus lupulus), Istanbul oregano (Origanum vulgare subsp. hirtum), Izmir oregano (Origanum onites), mint (Mentha piperita), myrtus (Myrtus communis), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), sage (Salvia officinalis), thyme (Thymbra spicata), and Turkish oregano (Origanum minutiflorum) -- were related to inhibition of 10 bacteria (Listeria innocua, coagulase-negative staphylococci, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Yersinia enterocolitica, Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Proteus mirabilis, Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Klebsiella oxytoca)."Link
3.Associated topics: bladder-pain-(Interstitial-Cystitis-/-IC),urinary-tract-infection-(UTI),bladder — "[Tea tree (melaleuca alternifolia)] oil has been found effective in chronic cystitis."Link
4.Associated topics: kidneys — "Many plant extracts that protect against the development of oxidative stress manifest clear antilithiasic activity [preventing the formation of or relieving the symptoms of kidney stones].... Evidence obtained to date supports a contributory role of polyphenols [present in essential oils] in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, some cancer types, and osteoporosis.... The results show an improvement of the renal function in some treated groups with an increase of diuresis and creatinine excretion due to polyphenols pretreatment. Our results clearly validate the ability of polyphenols to protect against papillary calcification of kidney tissue, consequently preventing the development of papillary calculi [kidney stones].... The collective findings to date support a protective effect of polyphenols on kidney tissue. Thus, considering that injury of papillary tissue constitutes the first step in the development of COM papillary calculi, the antioxidant action of polyphenols may contribute significantly to their antilithiasic action."Link
5.Associated topics: bladder — "Frankincense oil appears to distinguish cancerous from normal bladder cells and suppress cancer cell viability. Microarray and bioinformatics analysis proposed multiple pathways that can be activated by frankincense oil to induce bladder cancer cell death. Frankincense oil might represent an alternative intravesical agent for bladder cancer treatment."Link
6.Associated topics: urinary-tract-infection-(UTI) — "14 plant essential oils -- anise (Pimpinella anisum), bay leaves (Laurus nobilis), cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), clove (Eugenia caryophyllata), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), hop (Humulus lupulus), Istanbul oregano (Origanum vulgare subsp. hirtum), Izmir oregano (Origanum onites), [pepper]mint (Mentha piperita), myrtus (Myrtus communis), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), sage (Salvia officinalis), thyme (Thymbra spicata), and Turkish oregano (Origanum minutiflorum) -- were related to inhibition of 10 bacteria... four Gram-positive bacteria of Listeria innocua, coagulase-negative staphylococci, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtilis, and six Gram-negative bacteria of Yersinia enterocolitica [causes Yersiniosis], Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Proteus mirabilis [causes UTIs], Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Klebsiella oxytoca.... [R]elative to anise essential oil, the essential oils of oreganos, cinnamon, and thyme had consistently high inhibitory effects.... [B]eta-bisabolene (Turkish and Istanbul oreganos), and terpinolene (thyme) were found to be the most inhibitory compounds regardless of the bacteria type tested."Link
