My husband had his first kidney stone in 35 years since he has been using essential oils. Fortunately he was armed with all the essential oils he needed since several people in our family have a history of kidney stones.
So he started with 15 drops of Lemon oil in a glass of water 3 to 4 times a day. He also took 5 drops each of Oregano, the Thieves oil blend, Copaiba, and Balsam Fir in a vegetable capsule orally 3 times a day.
He took a soak bath of epsom salts and Lemongrass essential oil, and he rubbed Lemongrass oil on his lower abdomen daily. After 3 days of this, all pain and burning while urinating was GONE!
For preventive maintenance, my husband will continue to apply Lemongrass oil on his lower abdomen, diluted with coconut oil. And he will be back on his Lemon water daily with 4 to 5 drops of Lemon oil.
