Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Over 5 years ago, I was plagued by chronic sinus infections which would last up to two weeks. The sinus infections would return a month or two later. My symptoms were sinus headaches, burning sinuses and constant drainage.
I missed lots of work back then and over the course of twelve years, I received countless prescriptions of e-Mycin, Robitussin, Amoxicillin, Flonase and Suprax.
Then I was introduced to essential oils by my sister. I started using Peppermint oil on my sinuses, temples (AVOID DIRECT EYE CONTACT) and in my drinking water.
I also learned that certain foods were contributing to the condition so I reduced my intake of dairy. I haven't been on an antibiotic since 2000!
I am so grateful for the oils and most importantly for the education concerning nutrition and health.
