A few weeks ago I thought that, because I hadn't had any hot flashes or hormonal imbalance headaches for a very long time, it would be okay to stop using my Progressence Plus and the Endoflex oil blend.
That was a BIG MISTAKE because, a few days after I stopped using these products, the hot flashes and headaches came back! They started slowly and built up in frequency and intensity until I finally connected the dots that all of this started happening after I stopped using my essential oils every day.
I went back to using my Progessence Plus and Endoflex. I apply several drops (2-4) to lower back, thyroid and adrenals. I use 2 to 4 drops daily of Progressence on my neck. It took a few days, but now I am back to being free from hot flashes and hormonal headaches.
To borrow an advertising phrase, this stuff really works!
