Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Here is one more way that Young Living essential oils have improved my wellness and quality of life....

I was awakened by severe menstrual pain today. After suffering for an hour, I came to my senses and went downstairs to my essential oils kit. I applied Valerian, Basil, and Lavender on the Vita Flex points for reproductive organs between the inside of the ankle and the heel.

Within 2 minutes I was able to go back to sleep. Four hours later I awakened with no more pain. I got relief without the residual effects on my liver that I would have had if I had taken Midol.

I just love that everything in my medicine cabinet has been replaced with these fabulous essential oils. It's hard to believe that plants and natural healing are so powerful. I guess it makes all the difference that these essential oils are made from the first distillation, so they're the purest and most potent available.

If you ever wondered why Whole Foods and other places can sell essential oils so cheaply, it's because they are distilled multiple times and combine all the distillations. Additionally, there are often carrier oils diluting their essential oils.

Notice that even things like Peppermint oil from other brands are labeled "do not take internally". You have to ask yourself why, when most of the Young Living essential oils are labeled "essential oil supplement", indicating that they are safe to ingest when labeled that way.
