I have always had an anxiety issue ever since I was a child. I tried using Lavender essential oil, but it did not give me much relief. Then I tried Peace & Calming. It worked better, but the relief was still not significant.

Then when doing research on the thyroid, I read that, when cortisol levels increase, thyroid levels decrease. I also read, "When the thyroid is out of balance, one of the side effects is anxiety."

So then I searched for essential oils related to the thyroid. I applied Myrrh and Lemongrass on each side of my trachea and over my thyroid.

After a week I had NO MORE ANXIETY! It worked! Persistence is the key. Therapeutic-grade essential oils work!
