I had a partial knee replacement on March 10, 2014. My upper leg was hurting that evening. I applied a few drops of the PanAway essential oil blend on it. This instantly helped me and gave me a soothing feeling of relief, particularly for the three days in the hospital as the nerve block wore off.
Several of the nurses also commented favorably on the smell when they came in my room. I was even asked about essential oils by one nurse.
During my recuperation, this essential oil blend was my number one remedy to use when I had pain. I did not use any pain killers on returning home from the hospital.
