After having my first baby, my periods started coming back after about three and a half months, which is a lot sooner then they should have since I was breastfeeding my baby on demand. They were coming every 2-3 weeks and lasting 3-6 days.
I knew my hormones were way off. A friend had recommended some Young Living essential oils to try, but I put it off for several months, hoping that my cycle would just correct itself.
I finally started using a couple of drops of Progessence Plus Serum on my neck twice a day -- and when I feel like I need it -- and a couple of drops of SclarEssence essential oil blend on my wrist once a day.
After around a month and a half, my cycles returned to normal. And my cramps are almost nonexistent!
