Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I am 47 years old, and a couple of years ago I was not feeling "up to par". I eat well and do CrossFit, so I did not understand why I would be so lethargic.
I decided to have my testosterone levels tested, and they were well below normal. I do not like synthetic pharmaceuticals, so I had no plan to go on a prescription. I just assumed it was something I was going to have to live with.
You have to understand that I think in terms of science and do not believe hype. But after listening to a workshop by Dr. Dan Purser, I decided to give Idaho Blue Spruce essential oil a try.
Dr. Dan Purser reported that after two weeks of taking 8 drops of Idaho Blue Spruce in a capsule once a day, men raised their testosterone levels by 30%. Some men have also gotten good results by applying 4 drops of Idaho Blue Spruce, twice a day, topically on the lower back or on the ankles.
My plan was to do a cycle, have blood work done, and see if there was a change. After 4 weeks I had my levels rechecked, and they had increased by over 100%. I am sold!
It has been a year now, and I am still using the Idaho Blue Spruce essential oil. I have not had my levels checked again yet, but I know from my performance that my levels are back to normal.
