Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
The neighborhood cat came around again the other night. Every time he comes around, my two cats always get into a fight. After a few seconds of tussling, they wind up in a standoff. With one cat under the coffee table, they stare each other down, growling and hissing.
It is called displaced aggression. Something or someone makes a cat angry, and they turn toward the closest person or animal to release their pent-up anger and aggression.
I simply walk into the other room and grab a bottle of the Peace & Calming oil blend. I stand over the dominating cat and drop 1 drop of Peace & Calming on him. I then rub 2 drops into my hands and rub them on my other cat from the other side of the coffee table. (She is very docile and far less reactive than my other cat.)
I count to see how long it will take the Peace & Calming to take effect. Only 5 SECONDS later, the fight is diffused, and they both go their separate ways.
My reactive cat also calms down in about half the time it would otherwise take, and he is personable and approachable again. The awesome thing is that I don't even have to touch him. I just have to get the essential oil on him.
