The other day I was working at a pet event for my business. I was doing complimentary touch therapies for dogs to help address some of their health concerns.
A 2-year-old Golden Retriever came to me. Her owner speculated that she could have hip dysplasia and wanted to know how she could help her dog.
After doing a quick evaluation on the dog, I noticed that she struggled a little bit to get up from a sitting or lying position. I grabbed some Rosemary and Wintergreen essential oils and set to work on her lower back and hip.
After about a 5-minute session, I finished her off with some Frankincense essential oil and stretched her out. I then had her sit again a few times and, noticeably, she was able to get up a lot faster and with a lot less effort!
