I had an earache for about two days. By the third day it was not getting any better, and the pain had traveled down the side of my jaw.
I applied a few drops of the Purification essential oil blend behind my ear, across my earlobe and on top of my ear before going to bed. I was careful not to get any oil inside the ear canal, as essential oils should NEVER go directly inside the ear.
The next morning the pain and pressure were 80% gone. I reapplied that day, and it was totally resolved.
This is the first time that I have ever gotten an ear infection, and I was so glad to have essential oils to alleviate the earache!
