Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I suffer from temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain. The pain is bad. It is exacerbated by the fact that I clench my teeth at night. Nothing I have tried has helped.

At the suggestion of a fellow Young Living essential oils user, I tried the Valor essential oil blend. It did help at all.

Then last week something a friend said during an "introduction to essential oils" meeting I was hosting got me thinking. Why do I clench my teeth? Well, the muscles are tense. What eases tension? The Peace & Calming oil blend!

So, starting that night, I began massaging some Peace & Calming from my temples down along my jawbone, concentrating on the joint area in front of and behind the ears. I have been doing this each night before bed.

I have not felt so good in I don't know how long! I have not been clenching my teeth anymore, and my jaw is no longer sore in the morning!
